Affordable Housing

KPW are pleased to be part of several framework and partnering agreements with a number of Registered Social Landlords. As a result of both this, and our long standing involvement in the provision of public sector affordable housing, KPW are able to offer the benefit of our extensive experience in the development of social housing. We are fully conversant with the requirements of the sector, including the Code for Sustainable Homes and the use of sustainable and renewable technologies.

Our experiences range from the development of smaller infill sites to those which contain significant numbers of units, even including masterplanning of entire regeneration areas. KPW have also been involved in refurbishment and redevelopment projects on behalf of Registered Social Landlords in addition to new build schemes.
