A £1.1M scheme to provide a mix of 11 new homes in a traditional street scene environment on the site of a former small holding. The Swadlincote, Derbyshire scheme for Riverside Midlands provides 2 one bedroom apartments, 5 two bedroom and 4 three bedroom homes. Extensive site remediation was required to bring the site in the heart of a busy residential district back into use.
