KPW were commissioned by LHA-ASRA Group to design an affordable housing project on the site of a former factory unit to provide a total of 37 dwellings. These dwellings were a mix of shared ownership, rental and outright sale, with associated car parking provision. Eco-Homes rated Very Good, the £3.1M scheme represents a successful redevelopment of an urban brown field site to enhance housing provision for local families.
