KPW architects have been involved in schemes at Whaley Thorns in partnership with LHA/ASRA Group for over 5 years. This latest development of 2 and 3 storey apartment blocks and 2 and 3 bedroom houses at New Scott Street continues to regenerate this South Yorkshire former mining community. Offering a mix of homes for rent and shared ownership, and constructed by Lovell, the proposals on the site of former terraced housing back onto the local cricket field, and offer a carefully considered street scene.
