Madani High School
This award winning £10M scheme is on a former factory site in Leicester, which was remediated to provide the location for a new Muslim Faith School. One of the first non-Christian faith schools in the UK, the premises includes a sports hall and prayer hall which serve both the school and the local community. The project achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating for its environmental credentials which include a wood pellet fired boiler, and natural ventilation via passive control systems.
