This existing property required renovation to form a new stylish bar and restaurant located on New Walk in Leicester city centre. The 19th century building in the heart of the Conservation Area fronted historic new walk, and required new windows and entrance, and a street scene terrace immediately in front of the premises. The finished scheme is a fusion of traditional and contemporary detailing to enhance the building in the setting of this key conservation area.
