KPW were appointed by Sandicliffe Ford to develop a new motor vehicle service advice centre at their existing site in Loughborough. The project involved the demolition of existing storage buildings, and the provision of a new facility to include a vehicle scissor lift and specialist mechanical equipment. At all stages of the development, the existing motor vehicle sales facility had to be kept in operation.

Outcome achieved: A modern user-friendly, upgraded facility that sits well with the existing environment.
