Fullhurst Community College
A Design and Build project in conjunction with Hallam Contracts for Leicestershire County Council, the scheme provided a new self contained sports hall facility for Fullhurst Community College. In addition to providing for the usual 4 badminton court sized sports hall, the building was designed to accommodate wheelchair basketball, and contained a fitness studio as well office and changing accommodation.

Project summary: To create a 1300m
2 single storey sports hall facility with ancillary accommodation on land adjacent to existing community college.
Value: £1.5m.
Special features: Sports hall designed to accommodate wheelchair basketball plus four badminton courts and fitness studio.
Outcome achieved: Stylish facility which complements existing buildings together with access for users of all abilities.
