Blackpool residential development gains approval in record time!

Burbage Holiday Group, based on Queens Promenade in Bispham, Blackpool are delighted that KPW architects have secured planning approval for alterations and extensions to their holiday apartment complex, Queens Mansions.The application was determined by the Local Council in just 4 weeks, allowing Burbage Holiday Group to press ahead with the construction works ahead of programme, and meaning that the works can be completed well before the key summer lettings season.
The scheme provides a 2 storey extension to the third and fourth floors of the rear of the existing Art Deco premises, as well as a new balcony/roof terrace. The extension will allow the creation of a new 5 star 3 bedroom penthouse, and a 3 bedroom duplex apartment.
