Comberton Hill
This mixed use £2.3M project in Kidderminster, Worcestershire involved the creation of 13 apartments for sale over 5 independent retail units at ground floor level. The steeply sloping site, formerly a petrol filling station, included a 10 metre high retaining wall to the rear. The design solution uses steel framed balconies, offering owners individual external space, set against timber cladding, coloured render and fair faced blockwork. This gives a modern feel, whilst blending with the range of existing architectural styles in the surrounding locale.
