Private / Residential
Plot 7, The Mount
Part of a £1.3M private residential development of just 7 high quality properties, plot 7 is the flagship property, deliberately conceived as a one off, bespoke specification to enhance and complement the overall development. It is an ‘upside down’ house, with the living accommodation located at first floor level to maximise view over the adjacent open countryside. Given the southerly aspect of the roof top terrace, solar shading has been used to reduce the potential for overheating, whilst still allowing maximum natural light into the interior spaces. Traditional elements combine with contemporary detailing to form a bespoke one off house in Dunton Bassett, a Leicestershire village.
Project on behalf of: Mount View Grange Ltd.
