The challenge was to overcome planning concerns about the density of development, and of potential flood risk from the nearby brook, and in response KPW have provided an impressive development close to the heart of Syston. This £2.2M project provides private external spaces for all apartments in a scheme of 3 apartment blocks set within landscaped surroundings. Penthouse apartments have full height feature glazing to living spaces, and throughout maximum use is made of natural daylight.
