KPW were commissioned to create a riverside garden room to complement an existing dwelling, and to make the most of stunning views across the Soar Valley in rural North Leicestershire. A key feature of the project is the purpose made sliding folding glazing, which opens out the whole façade of the building to link the interior and exterior spaces. The development uses a high quality palette of materials, with natural stone flooring, under floor heating, and feature oak trusses. All aspects of the proposals combine to make the very best of the properties stunning external aspect.
